Note the State of Illinois requires TWO THINGS to declare your tax exemption status:

 

1) Valid Tax Exempt ID

 

We use Verify a Business by the State of Illinois to check your Illinois Business Status.  Scroll down until you find Searches - Verify a Registered Business.  Click on that and confirm your sale tax ID is registered with the State of Illinois.  For resellers registered outside of the State of Illinois, please provide a valid business identification along with the CRT-61 Form listed below.

2) Fill out, sign & email the Illinois CRT-61 Form before noon on auction day to john@555auctions.com
