FAQ

How Do I Bid?

The auction is live the entire time is it posted.  So when you bid and are the high bidder, you are winning!  Bidding starts to close around 5:55 PM.  Be sure to visit then as that is when the activity really gets exciting.  When you leave a bid higher than the current bid our software will automatically increase your bid at predetermined increments to keep you in the bidding contest.  Should someone else bid more than your high amount, you are out and will need to jump back in with a higher bid to win.

Do You Offer Shipping?

Many of the items are shippable, some we can deliver, all are available for pickup after the auction.  We will combine shipping when you win multiple lots.  Shipping will occur approximately 5-10 days after the auction has concluded.

How Can I Pay?

Our bidding platform will have you preregister with a credit card.  After the preregistration has been completed this will be your method of payment for won lots and shipping & handling charges.

Can I Return Items I Don't Want?

The short answer is NO; all items are sold AS-IS Where-IS with no guarantees implied.  The longer answer is, the primary reason we forged forward to painstakingly start an online business from scratch is because we sell a lot of antiques.  Many of our items are over 100 years old have wear.  If you would like to see our 100% positive eBay account with nearly 500 positive reviews just search 555 Auctions.  Do know we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.  We offer a preview before the any auction and we post several high quality photos of each item to help our buyers bid with confidence.

Do You Sell For Consigners?
